  • It is very easy to place your ad on Grameenee! Posting your ad is quick and easy! You can post an ad by clicking the yellow button and following the instructions that appear. In order to post your ad, you will need to sign in if you are not already logged in. Signing in will be the first step in posting your ad. Your ad will go live once it has been reviewed

  • If you wish to delete an ad, please go to the ad's page and click on the "Delete ad" option that appears.

  • It is possible to edit your ad by going to the page for your ad and clicking on the "Edit ad" option at the top.

  • Please log in to your account, go to the "Settings" page, and enter a new password in order to set a new Grameenee password. You can recover your Grameenee password if you have forgotten it by following these steps: You can retrieve your lost password by going to the log-in page and clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link. Go to one of your ads, click on "Edit ad" or "Delete ad", and then click on the "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom. You do not need to create a Grameenee password if you have created an account using Facebook. By using Facebook, you will be able to log into your account without having to enter a password.

  • Unless you delete them earlier, ads will continue to appear for a period of 60 days.

  • It is possible that your ad may not be live for one of the following reasons: This ad is still under review, so you will be able to see it on your My Ads page, under "Ads under review". You may need to edit your ad if it has violated our posting rules - if your ad needs to be edited before it can be published, it will appear on your My Ads page under the heading "Ads that need editing.". It has been determined that your free ad allowance has been used up In the event that you have been waiting for more than 24 hours for a response from us, there is a possibility that you gave us the wrong contact information when you posted the ad. I would like to suggest that you try posting again

  • Grameenee offers its users the ability to post up to a set number of items for free each month. As soon as you have used up the free ad allowance for the month, you can either sign up for a membership in order to post more ads, or you can wait until the first day of the next month when the free ad allowance is reset to allow you to post more ads.

  • If you would like to start a chat, go to an ad and click on the Chat option. It will open up a private chat between you and the poster of the advertisement.

  • Please make sure that you have the following things in order if you are having trouble logging into your account: Signed up for an account on the website. On the login page, make sure you have entered the correct phone number, email address, and password. Please feel free to contact us if you are still having trouble accessing your account.

  • You can log in to your account by simply going to the Log in page and entering your phone number in the appropriate field. As soon as we receive your SMS message, we will send you an One Time Passcode (OTP) that you can use to log in to your account. Please click on the respective buttons if you have already created an account through Facebook or Google, and follow the instructions provided in those buttons. By clicking the "Log out" option at the top of your account, you will be able to log out of your account.

  • Please note that we do not allow ads that contain any of the following: The sale of an item or service that is illegal throughout the world The phone number or email address you entered is invalid An offer that is unrealistic Language that is offensive to others Pictures that are offensive to the viewer In the title or description of an advertisement, there is text that does not pertain to the advertised item or service A picture that does not match or clearly show the item or service advertised in the advertisement There is no text in the first picture (except for the logos and product codes) The description of an item or service without being specific, such as a general description of a company A URL link that is not relevant to the product or service that is being advertised The same advertisement can contain both offers and requests for items or services It is the exact same content as another ad, republished within 7 days after it was originally published. The same ad can contain multiple items Jobs that allow you to work from home Counterfeit products, knockoffs, or replica versions of the products of another company are illegal Furthermore, once the ad is posted, the product or service in the ad cannot be changed once it has been posted.

  • There is a manual review of all the ads - if your ad violates any of our rules for posting, it will be rejected. The rejection email will tell you what changes you need to make before the ad can be approved, so you can adjust it accordingly.

  • All of our Membership packages include shop pages, so if you set up a Membership, you'll automatically get your very own Shop page as part of your Membership package

  • Become a "Verified Employer" if you are a registered and reputed business entity in Grameenee if you want to become a "Verified Employer". We will also verify your email address, company name and contact information before enabling this feature on your account.

  • If a member has been doing business with Bikroy for the last 6 months consecutively, then they are eligible to become a "Verified Seller". Those sellers who are "Verified Sellers" receive a special badge, which is viewed as a symbol of a more trustworthy seller. By buying from a "Verified Seller", you are assured that you are making a safe and secure purchase. The seller's email address, business name, and contact information are verified by a member of our team. We also verify the following documents based on the category of membership that the member belongs to: Among other things, this includes the national ID of the business owner and the Trade License of the business for categories such as Vehicles, Electronics, Home & Garden, Services, and etc. Property brokers are required to have a national identification number. There are no documents required for well-known property developers.
